How I approach the work
Every conversation starts with the people doing the work. We look at the task, the information it touches, the judgement it needs and the safeguards that help the team stay accountable.
Early prototypes are deliberately small. They help a team learn what is useful, where human review matters and whether the idea deserves further investment.
What I write about
Social Tech Guild Insights covers responsible AI, data protection, workflow design and practical automation for Singapore’s social sector. Articles draw on current public guidance and make the implications easier to use in everyday decisions.
Sources, review and corrections
Material claims are linked to public sources wherever possible. Hypothetical examples and synthetic demonstrations are labelled clearly. Articles are reviewed for factual accuracy before publication and revisited when guidance changes.
If a material error is found, it is corrected promptly and the article’s update date is changed. Readers can flag a concern through the contact form.
