Who I am · How I work

A volunteer builder working alongside Singapore’s social sector.

I’m Darren. I help social-service teams explore small, practical automation and AI projects that can reduce repetitive workload without removing professional judgment. My goal is to ease burnout pressure and help practitioners create more capacity to serve beneficiaries well.

I start by understanding one bounded workflow—the people doing it, the attention it consumes, and the decisions automation must never take away.

The process

01

Bring the friction

One repetitive step that drains attention.

02

Map the reality

Who does it, what they need, and where it can fail.

03

Protect judgment

Separate what can be prepared from what must remain human.

04

Build small

Create the smallest useful experiment.

05

Test with practice

Learn with practitioners before operational use.

Collaborate

Where does paperwork crowd out the work?

If your team has one repetitive workflow worth examining, I’d be glad to understand the context, the risks, and whether a small experiment is appropriate.

Do not enter real client notes, names, identifiers, recordings, transcripts, or documents.

Continue only with fictional or synthetic demonstration material. Do not adapt a real case for this demo—even if names are removed. This portfolio does not claim that the prototype’s privacy, security, retention, access, or processor controls are approved for real-case use.

Working public prototype. Limited testing is not representative validation. It is not deployed, and no quantified impact is claimed.
